This council has realized the fact that for the poorest people, simple treatment of even minor sickness elude them and when they die, they have not the wherewithal even to spend for the cremation and rituals associated with it. "Prevention is better than cure" is to be applied for the target groups. This council has organized free health camp by collecting first aid medicines from different Pharmaceutical Company.

Mr. Milan Shankar who was a student of class eight in Dharan Higher Secondary Boarding School, Dharan - 15, suffered from heart disease and our Council arranged for his treatment in Sai Baba's Hospital at Puttaparti, (Andra Pradesh) , India by taking help from Shatya Sai Committee of Dharan. After operation now, he is all right and could study upto class twelve. Sometime, for serious major cases, we should send the patient -student to big hospital . For this purpose , Permanent Trustee Fund has been started opening an account (Present Account No. 0602700337872010) (Previous Account No. 024021) in Agriculture Bank Dharan. Our council should have to mange the first aid treatment frequently for the students who falls in sickness. Therefore we have made the target to collect minimum Nepali currency Rs. 5000000 (USD 48000 to USD 50000) for the permanent tretement fund for regular treatement to the helpless student. We we specially request to the international donors, philanthropists, governmental and non-governmental organisations to fulfill this humanitarian services.
