About Help to the Helpless -Council
A cross-section of our society has been traditionally exploited, downtrodden and oppressed under our cast-system by our upper social strata since the Vedic Ages (Ancient knowledge dating back more than thousand years of age) down to the present day. These traditionally exploited, downtrodden and backward people have been virtually relegated to the limbo of mental, social, religious, economic and educational backwardness and compelled to eke-out subhuman existence of social segregation. They have been denied of the basic amenities of a civilized life.
This " HELP TO THE HELPLESS-COUNCIL” ( निःसहाय सहयोग परिषद ) Dharan-8, Nepal has been established in 1994 by a group of highly motivated and energetic persons who have worked in high ranking government positions with a commitment to work with people at grass root level. This council is purely imbued with a humanitarian spirit to render all possible help and services in different spheres of human activities in uplifting our traditionally exploited, downtrodden and backward fellow-beings from their present deplorable plight of life so that ample awareness may be created amongst them just to render themselves competent enough not only to defend their own rights and interest in manner befitting a democratic society but also raise their all-round standard to come up on par with their advanced fellow – country men and women.
