About Help to the Helpless -Council

 
A cross-section of our society has been traditionally exploited, downtrodden and oppressed under our cast-system by our upper social strata since the Vedic Ages (Ancient knowledge dating back more than thousand years of age) down to the present day. These traditionally exploited, downtrodden and backward people have been virtually relegated to the limbo of mental, social, religious, economic and educational backwardness and compelled to eke-out subhuman existence of social segregation. They have been denied of the basic amenities of a civilized life.

This " HELP TO THE HELPLESS-COUNCIL”  ( निःसहाय सहयोग परिषद )          Dharan-8, Nepal has been established in 1994 by a group of highly motivated and energetic persons who have worked in high ranking government positions with a commitment to work with people at grass root level.
